Nestled in the hotel's garden, our gastronomic restaurant Le Pavillon and our Chef Jean-Luc L'Hourre, Meilleur Ouvrier of France 2000 promises to surprise guests with a hight level cuisine, delicate and refined, mainly made with seasonal products, from locols producers, with whom he works hand in hand.
The bright dining room, with a capacity of 40 seats, fully opens onto a large terrace where the culinary journey can extend to depending on the weather conditions.
|Jean-Luc L'Hourre, in charge of Le Pavillon, distinguishes himself with his meticulous and gourmet cuisine.
The Chef doesn’t only cook, as an artist he invents. He creates flavors, visual concepts and combinations which wants to be full of subtlety and freshness.
